Position Impact:

As a Senior Software Program Manager at Gogoro, you will be the ultimate driving force steering our cutting-edge software platforms and digital ecosystem. You are a seasoned practitioner who can navigate complexities with clarity, helping to orchestrate and align a team of high-performing Software PMs. Your role goes beyond managing timelines—you will champion best practices, optimize development processes, and lead cross-functional battle teams to ensure seamless, reliable, and user-centric software experiences for millions of users worldwide.

Responsibilities:

Program Leadership & Team Mentorship

• Act as a lead practitioner and mentor within the software PM team, sharing best practices and elevating the team's overall project execution capabilities.
• Help team members navigate complexities, evaluate task priorities, and facilitate effective alignment.

Program Portfolio & Delivery Ownership

• Oversee key software program portfolios, ensuring all delivery milestones align with Gogoro's digital product roadmap and strategic goals.
• Manage high-level dependencies and resolve critical bottlenecks across multiple large-scale initiatives.

Cross-functional Alignment

• Serve as a senior liaison between Software Engineering, Product Design, Data Analytics, and Executive Leadership to bridge communication gaps and align expectations.

Qualifications:

• 5-6+ years of experience in software product/program management, with proven experience in acting as a team lead, initiative driver, or mentor for other PMs.
• Deep understanding of modern software architectures, project management frameworks, and agile development methodologies.
• Proven track record of managing and successfully delivering complex, large-scale software solutions or high-concurrency digital platforms.

•Exceptional communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills; capable of aligning cross-functional teams under tight deadlines.

• SStrong logical reasoning and analytical skills, with a data-driven mindset to solve complex, ambiguous problems.
• Working proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
