The Qualifications We Seek

Educational Background

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience

• At least 7 years of experience in project management, delivery management, or agile delivery roles.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end technology or product delivery, from discovery through release and post-launch review.
• Experience working in dual-track agile environments and coordinating cross-functional teams.

Skills and Knowledge

• Strong command of agile and Scrum delivery practices and stage-gate methodologies.
• Strong planning, risk, and dependency management skills.
• Strong stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
• Ability to track and report delivery and adoption key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Strong requirements and solution analysis skills, including the ability to translate business needs into clear product requirements documents (PRDs), journey maps, and KPI and risk frameworks.
• Solid understanding of technical feasibility assessments, non-functional requirements (NFRs), and sizing and estimation practices, with sufficient knowledge to engage credibly with Solution Architects and Engineering teams.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with the ability to drive alignment and decisions across Product, Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), Information Security (InfoSec), and the Data Protection Officer (DPO) function without formal authority.
• Strong risk and dependency management capabilities, with sound judgment in determining when to resolve issues independently and when to escalate them.
• Data-driven mindset, with the ability to track and interpret adoption metrics and KPI performance after release.

Preferred Qualifications

• PMP, CSM/PSM, or PMI-ACP certification.
• Experience working alongside or within a Project Management Office (PMO).
• Familiarity with product management practices, including PRDs, journey mapping, and KPI and risk mapping.

Your Daily Tasks

Discovery and Solution Review Leadership

• Own discovery outcomes for assigned initiatives by independently driving PRD development, wireframes and journey mapping, and KPI and risk mapping. Exercise sound judgment to resolve ambiguity and ensure requirements are aligned with business needs and ready for delivery.
• Lead technical feasibility and NFR reviews, along with T-shirt sizing, during Solution Review. Take personal accountability for securing PRD sign-off across the Project Manager (PM), Product Owner (PO), and Solution Architect (SA) chain, navigating disagreements and driving decisions to closure.

Product Development Delivery

• Take full ownership of day-to-day development and sprint delivery for assigned initiatives. Independently manage progress against plans and proactively adjust approaches to protect scope, quality, and timelines.
• Ensure that QA, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), InfoSec, and DPO checkpoints are rigorously applied, maintaining compliance and quality standards for release-ready versions without requiring oversight.
• Independently identify, assess, and resolve delivery risks, blockers, and dependencies, escalating only when cross-functional authority beyond the role is required.

Release and Learn

• Own the coordination and execution of production deployment activities for assigned initiatives, ensuring that all stakeholder functions are ready for release.
• Independently track post-release adoption and KPI performance, ensuring outcomes are rigorously measured against defined success criteria.
• Lead T+30 and T+90 reviews, producing well-reasoned documentation of outcomes and lessons learned to inform future initiative planning.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Serve as the trusted, senior day-to-day point of contact for Product Owners, Solution Architects, Engineering, QA, InfoSec, and DPO on assigned initiatives. Exercise independent judgment to manage competing priorities and resolve issues without escalation wherever possible.
• Provide clear, insight-driven status updates to the Head of Implementation Management on delivery progress, risks, and KPIs, proactively identifying implications and recommending next steps.

Continuous Improvement

• Apply seasoned judgment in using and refining implementation management playbooks, templates, and stage-gate criteria, identifying practical improvements based on hands-on delivery experience.
• Contribute meaningfully to the standardization of delivery practices across the team by sharing insights and proposing improvements based on direct experience managing initiatives.

Other Responsibilities

• Perform any administrative or non-administrative duties as assigned by any of the Company's representatives from time to time through direct written orders or verbal assignments.
