Senior Software Quality Assurance (Automated Testing)
Description
Key Responsibilities:
Analyze business requirements and create Test Plans, Test Scenarios, and Test Cases.
Perform System, Integration, and End-to-End Testing.
Test EOD, Reconciliation, Accounting, Insurance Payment, and Post-Sales systems.
Validate business data, financial data, and related documents.
Develop and maintain Test Automation for UI, API, and Data.
Manage Test Data based on business scenarios and sensitive data requirements.
Track and manage Defects, including root cause analysis.
Prepare Test Reports, Test Coverage, Defect, and Risk reports to support release decisions.
Perform Production Verification after deployment and support production issue analysis.
Work closely with Developers, BA, Operations, Accounting/Finance, and other stakeholders.
Improve QA processes, share knowledge, and mentor QA team members.
Apply AI tools to improve QA activities such as requirement analysis, test case generation, and test automation.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related fields.
5–10 years of experience in Software QA / Software Testing.
Knowledge of SDLC, STLC, Test Cases, and Test Scenarios.
Experience with SQL, API Testing, Regression Testing, and End-to-End Testing.
Experience in Test Automation and scripting.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with good attention to detail.
Experience in Insurance, Accounting, Finance, or Operations is a plus.
Experience using AI in QA is a plus.
