Senior Software Quality Engineer (TOSCA)

Salary: ₱90,000 – ₱100,000 per month

Qualifications

• 4–5 years of experience in software quality assurance or software testing.

• Strong experience in functional testing and test case design and execution.

• Hands-on experience with TOSCA test automation.

• Experience in the insurance or FinTech industry is preferred.

• Knowledge of software testing methodologies, defect management, and the software development life cycle (SDLC).

• Experience in regression testing and test execution reporting.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Experience working in an Agile development environment is an advantage.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and execute functional test cases based on business and technical requirements.

• Perform manual and automated testing to ensure the quality, reliability, and functionality of software applications.

• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Tricentis TOSCA.

• Collaborate with developers, business analysts, and QA teams to understand requirements and define testing strategies.

• Identify, document, track, and report defects throughout the software testing lifecycle.

• Perform regression testing and support user acceptance testing (UAT).

• Analyze test results and recommend improvements to testing processes and automation coverage.

• Ensure applications comply with business requirements, quality standards, and relevant industry requirements.
