Assignment Description
We are looking for an experienced Test Engineer / Test Lead
What You Will Work On
- Quality-assure pension insurance solutions
- Work closely with business and development teams
- Plan, create, and execute test cases
- Manage test data
- Perform system integration, regression, functional, and acceptance testing
- Test and verify the Lumera insurance system
- Drive testing activities for new and existing functionality
- Handle defects and incidents
- Document test results and deviations
- Follow up corrective actions
- Work according to Agile methods
- Support stable and high-quality releases
What You Bring
- Strong experience in test leadership and hands-on testing
- Experience across the complete testing lifecycle
- System integration testing experience in complex IT environments
- Experience from banking, finance, insurance, or similar
- Experience testing Lumera
- Ability to understand technical specifications and business processes
- Basic SQL knowledge
- Agile team experience
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Structured, accurate, and self-driven approach
