SENIOR SOLUTION ARCHITECT, AGENTIC AI (AZURE & POWER PLATFORM)
Summary
Senior solution architect at an IT consulting firm designing enterprise agentic AI solutions on Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Power Platform. Day to day: translate client business needs into end-to-end agent architectures (RAG, multi-agent, low-code), guide teams through delivery, and lead architecture reviews.

About the Role
Neotrix Systems is seeking a senior architect to design enterprise AI agents and intelligent automation across Azure AI Foundry and Microsoft Power Platform. The role requires choosing suitable pro-code or low-code approaches, translating business needs into practical architectures, and helping teams deliver secure, reliable solutions for real business workflows.
Key Responsibilities
• Create end-to-end designs for AI agents, including orchestration, tools, knowledge sources, context, memory, and deployment.
• Choose suitable approaches for each use case, such as RAG, coordinated agents, multi-step reasoning, agent-to-agent interaction, or low-code automation.
• Guide teams from development and debugging through integration, testing, and deployment using Azure AI Foundry and Power Platform.
• Recommend frameworks and platforms, including Microsoft Agent Framework, Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and LangGraph, based on use-case needs and trade-offs.
• Lead discovery sessions and architecture reviews with clients, and turn business requirements into solution designs and delivery plans.
• Develop reusable architecture patterns, implementation guides, prototypes, and accelerators to support consistent delivery.
• Set expectations for AI evaluation, security, responsible AI, human oversight, and production readiness across solutions.
Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong background in cloud solution architecture and practical experience designing agentic AI systems for production or near-production use.
• Experience with Azure AI Foundry, LLMs, tool and function calling, RAG, agent orchestration, context management, and multi-agent workflows.
• Working knowledge of Copilot Studio and Power Platform, including Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dataverse.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with Azure AI Foundry and Azure OpenAI SDKs, Azure AI Search, and enterprise API or tool integrations.
• Understanding of Azure deployment patterns, managed identity, CI/CD, AI evaluation, security controls, and responsible AI practices.
• Strong client communication, technical leadership, architecture documentation, and problem-solving skills; relevant Azure or Power Platform certifications are an advantage.
