At Chorus, we're proud to keep Aotearoa connected through world-class fibre infrastructure. We're looking for a Senior Solution Architect - Assurance and Inventory to provide end-to-end architecture leadership across operational, network and enterprise change.
Working within a delivery squad, you'll help shape solutions from early discovery and pre-Gate 0 through solution validation, epic and feature design, delivery, testing, release readiness and operational transition. Your work will span areas including physical inventory management, service assurance, fault triage, work request management, field operations, asset management and Network Operations tooling. You'll develop current and future-state views across processes, systems, integrations, data flows, security controls and operational workflows, ensuring solutions are secure, resilient, supportable and aligned with Chorus' broader architecture direction.
Collaboration will be a big part of the role. You'll work closely with platform owners, delivery squads, vendors and subject matter experts to ensure solutions work effectively end-to-end. · The ability to create architecture that can be readily understood and used by delivery teams, operational teams and business stakeholders.
· Strong stakeholder engagement skills across product, network, operations, data, marketing, vendors, platform teams and architecture governance forums.
