Senior Solution Architect, Enterprise Architecture

Functional

• Design end-to-end solutions that align with enterprise architecture standards & business goals

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and architecture

• Select appropriate technologies and frameworks to meet project goals.

• Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, developers, and other stakeholders to create technical and business aligned solutions

• Present and explain architectural decisions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients and internal teams.

• Provide guidance and mentorship to development teams.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable.

• Review code and design artifacts to ensure adherence to architectural standards.

• Assisting in troubleshooting complex production issues whenever required.

• Ensure solutions comply with regulatory and security requirements.

• Maintain documentation for architecture decisions and solution designs.

• Conduct in architecture review boards and governance processes.

• Establish standards and guides including DevOps

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends

• Recommend improvements to existing systems and processes

• Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for new solutions

Requirements

• At least 10 years experience in similar role, with 3 years of people management experience

• Proficiency in system integration, APIs, microservices, and enterprise architecture

• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC)

• Cloud migration, DevOps - CI/CD, Agile, Design Thinking

• Familiar with Redhat Openshift
