Job Description:
- 10+ years of experience in managing SAP delivery
- Own end-to-end SAP service delivery across production support, enhancements, and project transitions
- Manage service governance, operational performance, and continual service improvement.
- Proven experience leading or supporting SAP S/4HANA implementation programs.
- Experience working in consulting environments or client-facing advisory roles.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and translate them into SAP capabilities.
- Facilitate workshops with business users and functional teams.
- Advise leadership on SAP best practices and process improvements.
- Drive alignment between business priorities and IT delivery.
- Strong understanding of SAP DevOps, release management
- Experience managing offshore and global delivery teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
