You will lead the end-to-end technical customer journey, from discovery through production deployment. You will run architecture workshops, translate business and regulatory requirements into production-ready designs, deliver technical demonstrations, and create reusable reference architectures and enablement materials.
Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end technical customer journey from discovery through production deployment
- Lead architecture and solutioning workshops with financial enterprises
- Partner on pre-sales discovery, validation, security reviews, and solution architecture
- Design secure and scalable blockchain, tokenization, and digital asset architectures
- Deliver technical deep dives, demonstrations, and whiteboard sessions
- Translate business, regulatory, and operational requirements into technical architectures
- Represent customer technical needs internally to influence product priorities
- Develop reusable reference architectures, best practices, and enablement materials
Requirements
- 5+ years in a technical customer-facing role with enterprise customers
