We are seeking a permanent Senior Solution Architect with deep experience across enterprise .NET applications, Azure cloud architecture and Dynamics 365. This role will suit someone who has a long-standing hands-on technical background and has progressed into solution architecture, with the ability to assess legacy systems, define modernisation strategies and guide cloud-native solutions.
You will be responsible for producing solution architecture documentation, diagrams and technical standards, while providing architectural oversight across delivery teams and vendors. You will work closely with business users, domain experts and technical teams to translate business requirements into practical, scalable and secure solution designs.

To be successful in this role, you will bring:

• Extensive experience designing and supporting enterprise-scale .NET applications, ideally with 15-20 years' experience and progression into Dynamics 365 environments.
• Proven experience working in complex, regulated or mission-critical enterprise environments.
• Strong experience migrating legacy .NET applications to Azure, including modernisation, replatforming and cloud-native solution design.
• Solid knowledge of Azure services such as App Services, Functions, Logic Apps, Service Bus, APIs and SQL.
• Experience with enterprise integration patterns, including BizTalk Server and modern integration approaches such as Azure Integration Services, APIs or event-driven architecture.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 and the ability to assess when to configure D365 versus building custom .NET solutions.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate workshops, explain technical options clearly and guide decision-making.
• Experience managing and governing delivery vendors, ensuring solutions align with agreed designs, enterprise standards and target-state architecture.
