As a member of the Legal Operations team, you will architect a robust digital backbone for legal operations, ensuring service excellence and business continuity while collaborating closely with legal business stakeholders and IT teams.
This fully remote role offers the opportunity to work on innovative technology solutions that enhance efficiency and collaboration across the organization.
Your tasks
Analyzing, evaluating, and integrating SaaS solutions to ensure adherence to enterprise standards and practices while aligning with business priorities and the wider IT ecosystem
Leading and controlling cross-solution architecture design questions with developers, vendors, internal and external partners, and design authorities
Conducting architecture reviews of existing solutions to ensure continuous improvement and manage technical debt
Researching, evaluating, and adopting new solutions through proof of concepts
Designing non-functional requirements, screening vendor capabilities, and evaluating solution integration capabilities
Translating business requirements into technical architecture and creating and owning the Solution Architecture documentation
Seeking opportunities to create additional value and improve business processes
Partnering with Product Managers and the Enterprise Architect to establish high-level solution intent and showcase product value for stakeholders
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science, systems analysis, or a related field
Minimum 7 years of relevant IT experience in designing and implementing technology solutions in the Legal Operations field
Deep expertise and business knowledge in the Legal & Compliance area
Expertise working with SaaS solutions and vendors, including Salesforce and ServiceNow
Practical experience with public clouds, particularly AWS
Knowledge of middleware architecture and ESB/EAI-based integration
Experience in creating architectural documentation such as UML
Broad understanding of integration, security, infrastructure, and DevOps layers
Demonstrated ability to develop and articulate a vision for technology domains
Fluent English
