What are we looking for?
At Experis, we are looking for a Senior Solution Architect - Security Focus (M/F/X) to design and govern enterprise-level security architectures in cloud-native environments (primarily AWS) for a major group in the financial sector. You will act as a reference advisor in security architecture, collaborating with corporate security teams, CISO, regional architecture, cloud platform, and DevOps.
Profile we need

What you'll do

• Define and design end-to-end security architectures aligned with the group's security frameworks and standards
• Ensure the consistency of security patterns across regions and domains
• Design authentication and authorization models based on OAuth2, OIDC, SAML 2.0, federated identity, and token/JWT-based architectures
• Define IAM strategies for cloud-native environments (primarily AWS), compatible with hybrid or multicloud scenarios
• Validate architecture decisions with the Security and Governance teams
• Lead and execute Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for security models and emerging technologies
• Contribute to cloud migration and modernization initiatives, defining secure target architectures and transition roadmaps
• Integrate security-by-design and DevSecOps principles throughout the entire solution lifecycle
• Participate in architecture reviews, threat modeling, and risk analysis
• Establish reusable security patterns, blueprints, and best practices across regions
• Stay up to date with AWS security services and the evolution of industry standards

What we're looking for

• More than 5 years of experience in Solution Architecture with a strong focus on Security Architecture and IAM
• Demonstrable experience designing security architectures in cloud-native environments (preferably AWS)
• Experience aligning architectures with corporate security frameworks
• Hands-on experience implementing OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, federation, and integrations with corporate Identity Providers
• Experience in cloud migration and modernization programs
• Experience in regulated environments (preferably financial services)
• Advanced knowledge of AWS security services (IAM, KMS, WAF, Shield, Security Hub, API Gateway, EKS...)
• Knowledge of Zero Trust principles, encryption standards, PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and TLS/mTLS
• Ability to produce clear and structured architecture documentation and security blueprints
• University degree (postgraduate or specialization in Cybersecurity, Cloud Security, or Enterprise Architecture is valued)
• Intermediate English level (Spanish is valued)
• Communication, stakeholder management, strategic thinking, leadership, and mentoring skills

Nice to have

• Valued: CISSP, CISM, CCSP, SABSA, AWS Solutions Architect Professional, or AWS Security Specialty certifications
• Valued: hybrid or multicloud governance, DevSecOps, and security controls in IaC (Terraform, Ansible, GitHub Actions)
• Valued: container and Kubernetes security, and security observability and monitoring frameworks
