Senior Solution Consultant – Belgium

Continia Software is looking for an experienced Senior Solution Consultant, based in Belgium, to drive partner success across our French-speaking market.

Continia is a leading provider of document capture, expense management, document output and banking solutions for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central. Our success builds on partnering with more than 2,000 reselling partners, serving over 23,000 customers worldwide.

We continue to grow our presence and market share within the Business Central channel year after year, and our French-speaking partners in Belgium and France are a key part of that growth.

Why now?

As we continue to grow, so does our partners’ need for expert guidance on their Continia implementations. That is why we are looking for a Senior Solution Consultant who will guide our French-speaking partners, from their very first Continia project to complex, multi-company scenarios.

In this role you won’t just support our partner network, you’ll help shape it. By making sure partners and customers successfully adopt and expand our solutions, you directly contribute to retention, regional growth and long-term partner loyalty.

About your role:

• Implementation & project assurance: Lead implementation projects for end customers and provide advanced guidance to partners leading their own projects, acting as their safety net in complex solution scenarios.
• Trusted advisor: Act as trusted advisor for a defined set of premium partners in our French-speaking market, and build their capability through real-time “shoulder-to-shoulder” mentoring that turns consultants into Continia experts.
• Training & workshops: Run trainings, structured workshops, deep dives and solution reviews in French and English that strengthen adoption and best-practice usage.
• Retention & risk: Monitor customer health, spot churn risks early and propose structural improvements to our Product Teams based on recurring patterns.
• Presales & growth: Support our commercial team with product validation, demos, partner events and technical workshops, and identify expansion potential within existing partner portfolios.
• Product input: Test and validate new features before release, and assist with the translation of product and training content into French.
• Support: help on the more complex support cases when needed.

We believe that candidates with the following skill set and experience will be successful in this role:

• At least 5 years of experience implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central as a lead consultant.
• Hands-on implementation experience with Continia Document Capture and/or Document Output. Experience with Continia Expense Management is an advantage.
• Strong facilitation and advisory skills, with the ability to quickly understand business needs and translate them into structured solution approaches.
• A positive, service-minded attitude, taking initiative and ownership of your own work.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and schedules, and to travel regularly within Belgium and France and occasionally abroad.
• Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, and able to deliver trainings and workshops in both languages. Dutch is a strong advantage.
• Based in Belgium, with a Belgian residence and work permit.
• Comfortable working with partners, customers and our international support and service teams.
