Senior Solution Consultant M/F
We are hiring a Senior Consultant (M/F) to promote our solutions to customers.
You will be responsible for the following tasks :
- Mastering the Service Manager solution
- Expanding your knowledge of new solutions
- Providing recommendations and identifying areas for improvement for the client
- Participate in the development and optimization phases of our solutions within client contexts
- Be proactive and challenge constructively
- Identify risks related to the customers
- Independently lead working meetings with the client
- Be responsible for your functional scope
- Deliver services that meet client acceptance criteria and management requirements
- Ensure the project methodology is properly documented and applied
- Manage the scope of your assignment and adapt it as needed
- At least 4 years of experience as a Consultant on Easyvista Service Manager
- Knowledge of other solutions in the Easyvista Portfolio
- Fluent language skills in French and English, written and verbally
- Located in France, preferably Paris area
- ITIL certification
- Strong technical skills
- Customer service orientation / Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to listen, analyze, and synthesize information
- Excellent presentation, written, and oral communication skills, and the ability to challenge assumptions
- Autonomous and organizational skills
