Senior Solution Program Manager – Data Center & Energy_Delta Solution Office(Taipei)

【Role Overview】
We are looking for a Senior Solution Program Manager to drive the execution of cross-BG solution projects from defined requirements through pilot deployment. You will coordinate business groups, domain experts, architects, IT development teams, vendors, and site stakeholders to keep complex projects moving forward. This is not a software development PM role. Your focus is end-to-end solution execution, dependency management, requirement alignment, site readiness, and issue closure.

【Key Responsibilities】

• Drive solution projects from scope alignment through pilot and go-live.
• Manage milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and cross-team deliverables.
• Coordinate BG, IT, architects, domain teams, vendors, and site stakeholders.
• Facilitate requirement clarification and technical / business decision follow-up.
• Coordinate SIT, UAT, pilot readiness, and issue resolution.
• Capture lessons learned and improve repeatability for future deployments.

【Role Requirements】
Required

• 5+ years of experience in Project / Program / Solution Management, Technical PM,

or System Integration.

• Strong experience managing complex cross-functional projects.
• Ability to understand software applications, system interfaces, and technical

discussions.

• Strong execution, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Experience working with customer- or site-facing projects.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.

Preferred

• Experience in one or more of Data Center, Energy, EMS, BESS, Microgrid, DCIM,

BMS, SCADA, or industrial solutions.

• Site deployment, commissioning, or system-integration experience.
• Familiarity with APIs, OT systems, cloud / edge platforms.

What Success Looks Like

• Drive one major application scenario from defined scope through pilot

deployment.

• Build strong coordination across BG, IT, domain, and site teams.
• Improve visibility of project status, risks, dependencies, and decisions.
• Ensure SIT / UAT and site validation close with clear ownership and follow-through.
