Senior Solutions Architect AI Core DevOps
You will serve as an AI subject matter expert for core DevOps. You will partner with customers and field teams to map AI use cases to software development lifecycle challenges and recommend practical approaches. You will evaluate architectural tradeoffs, inform strategic discussions with hands-on DevOps knowledge, and share findings asynchronously across regions.
Responsibilities
- Serve as the AI subject matter expert for core DevOps in customer and internal conversations.
- Partner with customers and field teams to map AI use cases to software development lifecycle challenges.
- Recommend approaches that improve developer productivity, delivery speed, or operational reliability.
- Develop and share perspectives on the future of AI in software development.
- Engage with product-aligned teams to align domain expertise with platform capabilities.
- Evaluate architectural tradeoffs involving monoliths, microservices, monorepos, and polyrepos.
- Use hands-on DevOps tooling and automation experience to inform strategic discussions.
- Collaborate asynchronously across regions to share findings and align recommendations.
Requirements
- Significant experience in software development, DevOps, platform engineering, solutions architecture, or a related technical field.
- Hands-on experimentation with AI in the software development lifecycle and core DevOps workflows.
- Knowledge of modern software delivery practices, automation, continuous integration, continuous delivery, and cloud-native or platform-oriented environments.
- Ability to discuss Kubernetes, monolithic and microservices architectures, and monorepo and polyrepo approaches.
- Experience guiding technical strategy with customers, internal stakeholders, or engineering teams.
- Ability to explain complex technical ideas to different audiences.
- Ability to work with minimal oversight in a remote, asynchronous environment.
