Senior Solutions Architect at BairesDev
As a Senior Solutions Architect, you will provide technical leadership and design scalable enterprise system architectures that align with business goals. You will act as a key guide for engineering teams and stakeholders, ensuring complex requirements are translated into robust, secure cloud and integration designs.
What You'll Do:
- Lead the discovery phase to uncover technical requirements and define architectural blueprints.
- Design comprehensive solution architectures and cloud integration frameworks across enterprise systems.
- Provide strong technical leadership and mentorship to engineering teams, steering them toward successful execution.
- Maintain alignment among key business stakeholders and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Create detailed technical documentation, architectural diagrams, and system specifications to guide development.
What we are looking for:
- 8+ years of experience in Solutions Architecture, Systems Engineering, or a related senior technical role.
- Proven expertise in solution and systems architecture and cloud integration design.
- Strong ability in technical leadership, mentoring team members, and ensuring stakeholder alignment.
- Solid experience in requirements discovery, technical documentation, and creating diagrams.
- Advanced proficiency in English.
