Senior Solutions Architect

Position Overview

The role requires deep expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365, Power Platform, Azure, and enterprise integration patterns, along with strong leadership and stakeholder engagement capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Architecture & Design

• Define the overall structure, layering, and relationships of CRM solutions across enterprise systems.
  
• Identify reusable components, architectural standards, and quality metrics.
  
• Design and document end-to-end CRM solution architectures including application, data, integration, and security layers.
  
• Define system constraints, source code guidelines, and architectural boundaries.
  
• Ensure scalability, performance, maintainability, and compliance of CRM solutions.
  

Enterprise Integration & Platform Design

• Design interactions between applications, databases, middleware, and enterprise systems.
  
• Develop enterprise integration architectures using scalable patterns and API-led approaches.
  
• Define and govern REST-based API standards and integration frameworks.
  
• Lead multi-system integration design across business platforms.
  

CRM Implementation & Governance

• Architect and oversee Microsoft Dynamics 365 implementations across enterprise environments.
  
• Design and implement Power Platform solutions including Model-Driven Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, and Business Process Flows.
  
• Develop and govern Dynamics 365 extensions including plugins, PCF controls, and custom APIs.
  
• Ensure proper governance of CRM environments, deployments, and solution lifecycle management.
  

Data & Security Architecture

• Design enterprise data models, Dataverse structures, and data governance strategies.
  
• Define security architecture including role-based access, business units, and data segregation.
  
• Implement identity and access management solutions using Microsoft Entra ID.
  
• Ensure compliance with enterprise security standards and policies.
  

Azure & Cloud Architecture

• Architect cloud-native solutions using Azure services including App Services, Functions, API Management, and Integration Services.
  
• Define cloud architecture patterns for scalability, reliability, and performance.
  
• Support hybrid and distributed system integrations.

• Collaborate with Enterprise Architecture, Security, Infrastructure, and Business teams.
  

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

Technical Expertise

• Extensive experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Solution Architecture.
  
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Dataverse, including data modeling and security design.
  
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages).
  
• Experience designing Azure-based solutions (App Services, Functions, API Management, Integration Services).
  
• Strong knowledge of enterprise integration architecture and API-led connectivity.
  
• Experience designing Dynamics 365 security models and enterprise IAM solutions.
  
• Experience with enterprise data architecture, data migration, and governance.
  
• Experience developing reusable architectural patterns and enterprise standards.
  
• Knowledge of middleware technologies including MuleSoft or equivalent integration platforms.
  
• Experience in multi-tenant enterprise CRM platform design.
  

Communication & Leadership Skills

• Strong stakeholder management and consultation experience across technical and business teams.
  
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-aligned solutions.
  
• Experience facilitating architecture workshops and design sessions.
  
• Strong presentation skills for executive-level audiences.
  
• Ability to lead consensus across multiple business units and technical teams.
  
• Strong documentation skills for architecture standards, roadmaps, and design documents.
  
• Proven ability to mentor and guide technical teams.
