  • Translate business needs into high-level application flows, solution designs, functional specifications, and technical implementation requirements.
  • Develop business and system use cases, identify business rules, and document process dependencies.
  • Identify solution risks, technical constraints, gaps, and dependencies, and recommend appropriate mitigation strategies.
  • Research and apply industry best practices to improve solution quality, maintainability, usability, and performance.
2. Application Design, Workflows, and User Experience
  • Develop detailed process flows that map business activities to application functionality, software views, and user interactions.
  • Create high-level screen designs, application screen mock-ups, screen flows, wireframes, and interactive prototypes using tools such as Figma or Adobe XD.
  • Develop application view visibility and CRUD (Create, Read, Update, Delete) matrices to define access, data operations, and application behaviour.
  • Incorporate user experience principles, accessibility requirements, and inclusive design practices, including compliance with WCAG and AODA standards.
  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and user feedback analysis to identify pain points and recommend design improvements.
  • Develop user personas and user journey maps to support user-centred solution design.
  • Ensure that application workflows, screen designs, and functional specifications accurately reflect business processes and user requirements.
3. Technology Implementation and Business Architecture
  • Apply at least seven years of relevant experience in Oracle Siebel CRM and/or Adobe AEM solution implementation and design.
  • Support solution development, configuration, implementation, testing, deployment, migration, and ongoing sustainment activities.
  • Create, maintain, and update business architecture artefacts to reflect business capabilities, processes, application interactions, and solution dependencies.
  • Work with business and technical teams to ensure that proposed designs are feasible, consistent, scalable, and aligned with organizational technology standards.
  • Assess existing application environments, technical performance, capacity, and operational constraints, recommending improvements or replacement options where appropriate.
  • Contribute to change management activities and support the adoption of new or enhanced application functionality.
  • Apply relevant project management practices and structured delivery methodologies, including Rational Unified Process (RUP), where applicable.
4. Quality Assurance and Testing
  • Develop quality assurance plans, test strategies, test scenarios, and test cases to validate solution functionality and business requirements.
  • Prepare and document user acceptance testing (UAT) plans and coordinate with stakeholders to support effective testing and validation.
  • Ensure that solution designs and implementation deliverables meet defined business, functional, non-functional, accessibility, and corporate quality standards.
  • Identify defects, design gaps, and implementation issues, working with technical and business teams to develop corrective solutions.
  • Maintain traceability between business requirements, functional designs, application workflows, and testing deliverables.
5. Enterprise Technology and Infrastructure Considerations
  • Apply knowledge of integrated networking technologies, mainframe and midrange systems, enterprise storage, storage area networks (SAN), and personal computer system technologies when assessing solution dependencies.
  • Consider enterprise directory and messaging standards, infrastructure architecture, facilities management, service delivery processes, security policies, and recovery procedures.
  • Develop technical specifications supporting the installation, integration, testing, and performance of multi-service systems.
  • Evaluate technology developments, emerging products, and industry trends to recommend solutions that meet short- and long-term business requirements.
  • Conduct conceptual and analytical assessments, including cost-benefit analysis, procurement considerations, and evaluation of solution alternatives.
  • Contribute to the planning, migration, implementation, and sustainment of large, complex, highly available, and mission-critical systems.
Mandatory Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must demonstrate the following qualifications and experience in their resumes:
  1. Oracle Siebel CRM / Adobe AEM Solution Design: At least seven years of experience designing solutions using Oracle Siebel CRM or Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) technologies.
