Senior Solutions Engineer (Audio/Visual)

Location: Bishan Street

Working days: 5 days (9am-6pm)

Salary Package: Basic

Key Responsibilities

• Design and recommend professional audio systems, including acoustic simulations and performance predictions using EASE and related tools.

• Review project requirements and prepare system designs, recommendations, and bills of materials.

• Provide technical guidance to consultants, system integrators, distributors, and end users.

• Deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, training, and proof-of-concept activities.

• Support system design, commissioning, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.

• Lead, mentor, and coordinate regional Solutions Engineers, ensuring consistent engineering practices and customer support.

• Support team development, onboarding, project assignments, and regional priorities.

• Collaborate with Sales, Product Management, Marketing, and Technical Support to drive business opportunities and product launches.

• Share market trends, customer feedback, and competitive insights while contributing to technical documentation and application guides.

• Represent the organization at industry events, trade shows, and customer workshops.

Qualifications Required

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Acoustics, Audio Technology, IT, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• At least 8 years of professional audio and AV engineering experience.

• Proven experience designing and specifying complex audio systems.

• Strong knowledge of acoustics, loudspeakers, DSP, networking, and audio transport technologies.

• Experience supporting consultants, integrators, distributors, and end users.

• Strong English communication and presentation skills.

• Willingness to travel internationally.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience leading or mentoring technical engineering teams.

• Familiarity with EASE, AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, or similar design tools.

• Relevant certifications such as AVIXA CTS, Dante, EASE, or networking qualifications.

• Experience in commercial, enterprise, hospitality, transportation, education, worship, or stadium projects.
