Senior Solutions Engineer

Location: UK Hybrid - Multiple Locations across the UK (3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

A leading professional services organisation is seeking a Senior Solutions Configuration Engineer to join its Technology Solutions function. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the design, configuration and deployment of innovative client-facing technology solutions that improve both customer experience and business operations.

Working within a specialist Configuration & Deployment team, you will be responsible for the ongoing development, enhancement and support of client portals, workflow solutions and document automation platforms used across a large and complex organisation.

This role offers the chance to work with industry-leading legal and business technology platforms, influence strategic technology decisions and help drive digital innovation across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Configure, develop and maintain complex client-facing technology solutions and portals.
• Design and implement workflow, reporting and document automation solutions.
• Support the deployment, enhancement and ongoing management of business-critical platforms.
• Work closely with stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Support software upgrades, system integrations and platform migrations.
• Contribute to the evolution of the technology roadmap and identify opportunities for innovation and automation.
• Provide technical expertise and support for both internal teams and external clients.
• Ensure solutions are delivered in line with security, governance and operational standards.

About You

You'll have experience delivering and supporting enterprise technology solutions within a professional services or customer-focused environment and enjoy working closely with stakeholders to solve complex business challenges.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience configuring and developing solutions using HighQ, Contract Express and/or SharePoint.
• Strong understanding of workflow automation, reporting and document automation technologies.
• Experience deploying and maintaining business-critical applications and platforms.
• Knowledge of the Microsoft Power Platform, including:
  • Power Automate
  • Power Pages
  • Power BI

• Experience supporting software upgrades, integrations, migrations and platform improvements.
• Strong stakeholder management and requirements gathering skills.
• Ability to troubleshoot, optimise and continuously improve existing solutions.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within a professional services environment.
• Exposure to legal technology platforms and solutions.
• Understanding of how technology can improve client engagement, operational efficiency and business outcomes.
• Experience contributing to technology strategy, innovation initiatives or digital transformation programmes.
