Senior Solutions Engineer - QA (Python)

Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end solution validation activities across multiple customer deployments.
• Design, develop, and maintain scalable automation frameworks and test suites.
• Drive API, UI, database, and integration testing efforts. - Collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, Solution Architects, and Customer Success teams.
• Analyze customer workflows and convert business requirements into comprehensive test scenarios.
• Participate in HAT, UAT, Go-Live, and production support activities.
• Perform root cause analysis for production and deployment issues.
• Mentor junior QA engineers and review automation code for quality and maintainability.
• Contribute to process improvements, automation strategy, and testing best practices.
• Support customer escalations and onsite validation activities when required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science or a related field.
• 3-6 years of experience in QA automation, SDET, or solution verification.
• Experience working with enterprise SaaS, robotics, warehouse management, supply chain, or industrial automation products is preferred.
