Senior Solutions Engineer

You'll inspire customers by helping them understand the art of what's possible with the Webflow platform, telling a differentiated story that shows how the solution helps them meet their business objectives. You'll partner closely with Sales, Customer Success, and Product to ensure mutual, long-term success, deeply understanding customers' strategic objectives and technical requirements. You'll architect and demonstrate innovative solutions that unlock meaningful business value, and champion the voice of the customer by understanding market trends and influencing product direction.

Responsibilities

• Partner with 3-4 Account Executives & support multiple active customer opportunities, proactively communicating with stakeholders to ensure on-time solution delivery
• Guide customers through the evaluation process of Webflow ensuring that the solution meets key business objectives and technical requirements
• Conduct deep discovery, solution design, technical validation and business case development
• Present effective stories through demonstrations that highlight the benefits of using Webflow to solve key customer objectives and challenges
• Lead hands-on workshops and trials where appropriate
• Influence product direction for short & long-term success by representing the customer voice
• Support cross-functional initiatives that are key to advancing Webflow's mission of bringing development superpowers to everyone
• Travel up to 25%

Requirements

• 3-5+ years of experience as a Solutions Engineer, ideally
• Know how to drive a consultative approach & are passionate about helping customers solve problems
• Creatively problem solve with AI where appropriate
• Consistently demonstrate strong storytelling within the context of discovery and/or product demo sessions
• Exhibit an understanding of APIs and web programming languages — HTML, CSS & JavaScript
• Enjoy working autonomously, creatively, and kindly with teammates while empowering and supporting those around you
• Possess strong written, visual and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrate excellent coaching, writing, discovery and presentation skills
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adaptable to changing priorities
