Join us in this role where you’ll shape and execute sourcing strategies across software, SaaS, cloud services, infrastructure, and technology platforms. You’ll lead complex tenders and negotiations, manage commercial risk, and turn business priorities into procurement plans in close collaboration with senior business and technology stakeholders.
Welcome to DT Procurement
You’ll be part of DT Procurement where you together with eight experienced sourcing and contract management colleagues will support DT’s strategic priorities. Reporting to the Head of DT Procurement, you’ll act as the strategic procurement partner for a dedicated DT area, building trusted relationships, challenging demand constructively, and developing a forward-looking sourcing pipeline. As a team, we share our expertise, support each other, and work together to create lasting value for the business.
You’ll play an important role in:
shaping sourcing strategies for critical IT and digital technology categories
leading complex sourcing projects from strategy development through tenders and negotiations to contract handover
advising senior stakeholders on sourcing choices, commercial risks, value opportunities, and supplier markets
translating business priorities into procurement plans and constructively challenging demand
driving contract renewals, high-impact negotiations, and supplier performance dialogues
strengthening procurement governance, ways of working, and category maturity. operations for course owners and employees
supporting global projects and organisational changes in the organisation.
To succeed in the role, you:
hold a relevant university degree in business, economics, or another relevant field, or have equivalent experience
bring strong strategic sourcing experience, preferably within IT or digital technology
apply a broad commercial toolkit across tenders, negotiations, contract management, and supplier management
build trusted relationships and influence stakeholders across seniority levels, functions, and cultures
use data, market insight, and sound commercial judgement to support strategic decisions
ideally have experience with EU tendering processes, consultancy, or technology categories such as software licensing, SaaS, cloud services, IT outsourcing, or supplier governance.

Position salary range:
For this position, the expected base pay range is kr55,680.00- kr83,520.00 for the advertised location. The offered base salary will be determined within this range based on relevant skills, experience, and expected role fulfilment within the stated pay range to ensure a fair and competitive offer. Where applicable, you may also be eligible for variable payment and a comprehensive benefits package.
