Role Overview:
The Senior Sourcing Manager will lead and develop our global sourcing team, driving procurement strategies that deliver high-quality, cost-effective, and innovative products. This role requires a strong balance of strategic oversight and hands-on execution, with a focus on team management, productivity, revenue growth, and process optimization. The Senior Sourcing Manager will work closely with cross-functional departments—including product development, procurement, operations, and sales—while reporting directly to our CEO.

Key Responsibilities:
-Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sourcing specialists to meet productivity, quality, and development goals.
-Develop and execute sourcing strategies for home & kitchen tools, packaging, appliances, and supplies.
-Build and maintain strong supplier relationships to ensure quality, cost savings, and supply chain stability.
-Analyze key procurement metrics, providing regular reporting and insights to senior leadership.
-Drive new product development initiatives that expand assortment and increase revenue.
-Collaborate with product, sales, and operations teams to align sourcing with customer and market needs.
-Identify opportunities to streamline sourcing processes, reduce costs, and improve lead times.
-Oversee vendor compliance, risk management, and contract negotiations.

Qualifications:
-Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (MBA preferred).
-7+ years of progressive sourcing/procurement experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
-Proven success in managing and developing a sourcing team in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
-Strong experience in vendor management, cost negotiations, and international sourcing.
-Data-driven mindset with the ability to track, analyze, and report on KPIs and productivity metrics.
-Experience sourcing products in the foodservice, hospitality, or consumer goods industries strongly preferred.
-Exceptional communication and leadership skills with a track record of cross-functional collaboration.
