Senior Specialised Noodles Chef (Traditional Chinese Noodles)

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Specialised Noodles Chef with extensive hands-on experience in traditional Chinese noodle preparation. This role requires advanced and specialised techniques such as fresh dough preparation, hand-pulled noodles, soup base consistency, and high-volume execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook traditional Chinese noodle dishes with consistent quality

• Perform daily fresh noodle production, including dough preparation, stretching, and cooking

• Maintain consistency in taste, texture, and presentation across all noodle items

• Manage noodle production volume according to daily operational needs

• Ensure strict compliance with food hygiene, safety, and cleanliness standards

• Proper handling and storage of ingredients and raw materials

• Coordinate with kitchen team to ensure smooth service during peak hours

• Support kitchen operations and guide junior staff when required

Job Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience as a specialised noodles chef

• Strong practical expertise in traditional Chinese noodle-making techniques

• Experience in high-volume noodle or Chinese cuisine restaurants

• Ability to work long hours in a fast-paced F&B environment

• Physically fit and committed to consistent kitchen operations

• Strong work discipline, reliability, and teamwork

Salary & Benefits

• Monthly Salary: SGD 4,000 – 6,000 (commensurate with experience and skill level)

• Meals provided during working hours

• Annual leave and rest days in accordance with MOM regulations

Working Hours

• 6 days work week

• Shift-based, including weekends and public holidays
