Job Description:

Required Experience

• 7-9 years of experience in Procurement, Strategic Sourcing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transportation Management.
  
• Proven experience managing sourcing events across Ocean Freight (FCL/LCL), Air Freight, Truckload (TL), Less-than-Truckload (LTL), Drayage, Parcel, and Freight Forwarding categories.
  
• Strong experience in end-to-end procurement processes including RFI, RFQ, RFP, supplier evaluation, bid analysis, negotiations, contract award, and implementation.
  
• Demonstrated expertise in freight cost analysis, market benchmarking, cost modeling, and value creation initiatives.
  
• Experience negotiating transportation agreements, logistics contracts, service-level agreements (SLAs), and freight rate structures.
  
• Understanding of global transportation operations, Incoterms, international trade practices, customs processes, and supply chain networks.
  
• Experience working within global procurement organizations and cross-functional teams.
  
• Hands-on experience with SAP, Ariba, Jaggaer, Coupa, or equivalent sourcing platforms.

  Preferred Qualifications
  
• MBA in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, Procurement, or related discipline.
  
• Experience supporting global sourcing programs and international carrier networks.
  
• APICS, CPSM, CSCP, CILT, ISM, or equivalent professional certification preferred.
  
• Advanced proficiency in Excel, Power BI, data analytics, and procurement technology platforms.
  
• Proven success in delivering measurable cost savings and sourcing transformation initiatives.
  
• Strong logistics domain expertise with a strategic sourcing mindset.
