Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver expert emergency care to patients with urgent and emergent medical conditions
  • Lead and supervise the emergency department team effectively
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate patient care

  • Maintain compliance with hospital policies and regulatory requirements

Requirements

  • Medical degree (MD or equivalent) with specialization in emergency medicine
  • Board certification in emergency medicine or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years' experience in emergency medicine, preferably in a leading healthcare institution
  • Strong leadership and team management skills in clinical settings
  • Excellent clinical judgment and ability to work under pressure
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with healthcare policies, regulations, and standards
  • Current certifications in Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) and Basic Life Support (BLS)
  • Commitment to delivering patient-centered care and continuous improvement
