Role Overview:
You will provide foundational technical and operational support for Cellulant’s Oracle NetSuite environment. You will assist in the day-to-day administration of the ERP, ensuring data integrity, updating workflows, and supporting the finance and accounting teams in their routine operations. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional looking to grow their technical expertise in a complex, multi-subsidiary fintech environment
You will work with various teams to automate processes, enhance reporting, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

What You'll do:
1. Integration & Data Management
- Monitor and maintain integrations between NetSuite and other business applications, such as the Oracle Data Warehouse.
- Identify and report integration failures or data sync errors to ensure seamless data exchange with NetSuite.
- Maintain the master data structure (e.g., customers, items, custom lists) to ensure global consistency and alignment with reporting strategies.
- Maintain and update mappings of transaction data (e.g., customers and services) to billing details and financial postings, such as cost of sales and third-party balances.
- Support budget and other financial data imports.
2. Revenue Engineering
- Maintain the revenue engineering process, encompassing billing data mapping, data extraction and daily revenue computation in the Oracle Data Warehouse.
- Validate the automated daily and monthly revenue computations to ensure accuracy and auditability.
3. Automation & Process Optimisation
- Automate finance and other business functions in NetSuite.
- Design and maintain saved searches, reports, and dashboards to provide visibility into key business metrics.
4. Governance, Audit, and User Support
- Maintain day‑to‑day NetSuite operations across subsidiaries.
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security governance.
- Maintain approval workflows and financial controls.
- Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate additional support where required.
- Support month‑end and year‑end finance processes.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all designs, user guides, and process workflows for audit readiness.
- Conduct training sessions for users and develop user guides to improve system adoption.
What we are looking for:
- 1–3 years of hands-on experience administering NetSuite or a similar ERP.
- Foundational knowledge of Finance & Accounting principles, specifically within multi-currency or multi-subsidiary environments.
- ERP certification (complete or in progress).
- SQL or Oracle SQL knowledge.
Experience that will count in your favour (Highly Valued)
- Experience in fintech, payments, or financial services.
- Familiar with SuiteScript 2.0.
- Experience with REST APIs and integrations.
- Experience with Oracle Database or Data Warehousing.
- Experience supporting finance transformation projects.
- Understanding of financial compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
