Senior Specialist -ETL Testing (H)

Core Key Skills Required:

• ETL Pipeline & Architecture: Design, optimization, and testing of extraction, transformation, and loading workflows across complex data sources.
• Python Slicing & Automation: Strong proficiency in Python for data manipulation, scripting, integration, and process automation.
• Data Quality & Governance: Deep understanding of data consistency, integrity checks, and Customer Data Platform (CDP) principles.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and development of end-to-end ETL workflows aligned with business requirements.
• Enforce data governance standards, code reviews, and optimal data quality across systems.
• Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data pipeline performance.
• Mentor junior team members and collaborate with cross-functional data engineering teams.
