Senior Specialist - Finance Technology (Ramp up) (CORS306)
Play a key role in the ramp-up and integration of finance systems at Qiddiya Investment Company to enhance operational efficiency and financial reporting accuracy.
Collaborate with IT and finance teams to ensure seamless adoption of new technologies across various business units.
Assist in the design and execution of training programs for finance users to foster understanding and effective use of the new systems.
Manage ramp-up activities, including user testing, training, and support documentation, to ensure a successful transition to new finance technologies.
Lead specific projects aimed at improving the finance technology landscape, ensuring alignment with overall business strategies and objectives.
Track progress on technology implementation, addressing any challenges or risks, and maintaining communication with cross-functional teams.
Facilitate the integration of systems to improve data accuracy and accessibility in financial reporting.
Assist in the development and maintenance of dashboards and reporting tools, providing real-time metrics to stakeholders.
Drive change management initiatives to promote user adoption and engagement with new finance systems.
Identify opportunities for process enhancements and recommend system improvements based on user feedback and industry best practices.
Stay updated on emerging finance technologies and assist in adapting these to meet organizational needs.
Requirements
Candidates should possess a relevant finance certification (e.g., CPA, ACCA, ACA) or significant experience in a large finance function. A degree in computer science or related field is essential, and SAP certification is a plus. Practical experience in finance system implementation and upgrades, particularly with ERP systems, is crucial. Strong project management skills and the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams are also necessary.
