Senior / Specialist Project Manager (Johor, Malaysia)
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager (Senior or Specialist level) with a strong consultancy background to lead and manage data center projects. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in project planning, coordination, and execution within a consultancy-driven environment.
- Lead and manage data center projects from concept to completion, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, and budget.
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and resource allocation strategies.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, clients, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
- Prepare and review technical documentation, reports, and presentations for stakeholders.
- Conduct risk assessments, quality checks, and compliance reviews.
- Facilitate progress meetings, resolve issues, and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams.
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Project Management, or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 2–4 years of data center project experience.
- Consultancy Background: Mandatory.
- Software Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and Bluebeam (required).
- Knowledge of other project management or design software (e.g., MS Project, Primavera) is an advantage.
