  • Collaborate with functional consultants and business stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver tailored SAP solutions.
  • Implement and integrate SAP S/4HANA technologies, leveraging your expertise in technical architecture.
  • Ensure code quality, conduct code reviews, and enforce best practices to maintain high standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, providing timely support and solutions.
  • Stay updated with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and drive innovation within the team.
  • Document and maintain technical specifications, ensuring clear and comprehensive records.
  • Participate in project planning, estimating, and resource allocation, contributing to successful project delivery.
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment, promoting knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in ABAP development, with a strong track record in SAP implementation and support projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of SAP S/4HANA technologies and best practices, including technical architecture and design patterns.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to guide and mentor a team of developers.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with a track record of resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in code reviews and ensuring code quality, with a focus on maintaining high standards.
  • Up-to-date with the latest SAP technologies and trends, and a willingness to learn and adapt.
  • Proficiency in SAP development tools and environments, including ABAP Workbench and SAP GUI.
  • A degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications in SAP ABAP and/or SAP S/4HANA are highly advantageous.
