Senior SQA Engineer
About the project
You will own software quality across the full product lifecycle - including production - for a flagship Accuris product used globally by engineering professionals. That means designing test plans, building automation in C#/.NET with
Selenium and Playwright, guiding the team on when and how to automate, and influencing testability already at design and grooming stages.
You will work hand-in-hand with developers, providing clear test results and regression areas, coordinating defect management, and monitoring production quality.
Responsibilities
Design software testing plans; create and execute both manual and automated tests using tools including
Selenium and Playwright.
Guide the team on when automation is appropriate and how to build the right tests.
Coordinate team members to resolve issues and monitor production quality.
Ensure team testing activities comply with project rules, and participate in functional testing within CI/CD processes.
Organise and monitor the defect management process, and influence testability during design, grooming and development phases.
Test the product in all phases of its lifecycle, including production, and interface with developers through clear test results and regression areas.

Support for growth and development, all equipment provided, plus medical package, Multisport, life insurance and the Wellbeing program.
Candidate FAQ
The questions candidates ask most often about this role - answered upfront.
Who is Accuris?
Accuris is an engineering intelligence company - formerly S&P Global's Engineering Solutions division and an integral
part of the engineering ecosystem for more than 60 years. Our products - Engineering Workbench (EWB), the EMS
platform and Goldfire - turn the world's largest repository of engineering standards and technical knowledge into
connected workflows. They are used by engineering teams at Boeing, NASA and SpaceX, among many others -
including the teams behind programs like NASA's Artemis.
What team would I join?
Yauheni's quality engineering team on Engineering Workbench (EWB), Accuris' flagship technical standards platform
used globally by engineering professionals. You would guide test strategy and automation across the whole product
lifecycle, including production.
What do you look for?
Automation judgment above all: knowing what to automate, when, and why - backed by hands-on C#, Selenium and
Playwright depth, solid database and client-server architecture understanding, and clear, structured communication of
test results and regression areas to developers.
What does the process look like?
Three stages: (1) an intro call with Mateusz (recruiter screen), (2) a ~1-hour conversation with the hiring manager
covering technical topics and ways of working, and (3) a panel with two team members - one technical deep-dive, one
focused on collaboration and culture. The whole process typically takes about 2-3 weeks, there are no take-home
assignments, and you receive feedback after every stage. Interviews are conducted in English.
Where would I work?
Gdansk, Poland, on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office). We are opening a brand-new office in the Alchemia
complex in central Gdansk in Aug/Sep 2026. Gdansk is Accuris' second engineering hub after Denver - you would be
joining at the greenfield stage and helping shape it.
What are the benefits?
Salary: 17 500 PLN gross/month (UoP) + 5% annual bonus. On top of that, an employment contract (UoP - we hire for
the long term), a private medical package, a Multisport card, life insurance, a 2 000 PLN annual wellbeing allowance,
and all necessary equipment provided.
