Candidate FAQ
The questions candidates ask most often about this role - answered upfront.
Who is Accuris?
Accuris is an engineering intelligence company - formerly S&P Global's Engineering Solutions division and an integral
part of the engineering ecosystem for more than 60 years. Our products - Engineering Workbench (EWB), the EMS
platform and Goldfire - turn the world's largest repository of engineering standards and technical knowledge into
connected workflows. They are used by engineering teams at Boeing, NASA and SpaceX, among many others -
including the teams behind programs like NASA's Artemis.
What team would I join?
The Engineering Workbench (EWB) quality team, with hiring manager Vasili. EWB is the flagship Accuris product used
globally by engineering professionals; the team owns manual testing, automation, defect management and CI/CD
validation for cloud-based solutions in AWS.
What do you look for?
Automation judgment above all: knowing what to automate, when, and why - backed by hands-on C#, Selenium and
Playwright depth, solid database and client-server architecture understanding, and clear, structured communication of
test results and regression areas to developers.
What does the process look like?
Three stages: (1) an intro call with Mateusz (recruiter screen), (2) a ~1-hour conversation with the hiring manager
covering technical topics and ways of working, and (3) a panel with two team members - one technical deep-dive, one
focused on collaboration and culture. The whole process typically takes about 2-3 weeks, there are no take-home
assignments, and you receive feedback after every stage. Interviews are conducted in English.
Where would I work?
Gdansk, Poland, on a hybrid model (3 days per week in the office). We are opening a brand-new office in the Alchemia
complex in central Gdansk in Aug/Sep 2026. Gdansk is Accuris' second engineering hub after Denver - you would be
joining at the greenfield stage and helping shape it.
What are the benefits?
Salary: 20 000 - 24 000 PLN gross/month (UoP) + 5% annual bonus. On top of that, an employment contract (UoP -
we hire for the long term), a private medical package, a Multisport card, life insurance, a 2 000 PLN annual wellbeing
allowance, and all necessary equipment provided.
