Senior SQL Developer

• Design, develop, and optimize complex SQL queries and views in Google BigQuery for large-scale analytical workloads.
• Implement advanced transformations and aggregations using BigQuery’s capabilities (e.g., window functions, CTEs, partitioning).
• Collaborate with analysts and business stakeholders to translate requirements into efficient BigQuery solutions.
• Use Python (Pandas) for data wrangling and automation scripts where needed.
• Troubleshoot performance issues and optimize BigQuery query execution plans.
• Ensure compliance with data governance and security standards.

Required Skills & Experience

• 12+ years of hands‑on experience in SQL development (experience in PL/SQL or other RDBMS is acceptable).
• Strong expertise in Google BigQuery or similar cloud-based data warehouses is preferred but not mandatory
• Self starter with ability to interact with Onshore and deliver SQL solutions independently.
• Proven ability to write and optimize complex SQL queries for large datasets.
• Basic experience with Python, especially Pandas for data manipulation.
• Solid understanding of data modeling, partitioning, and performance tuning in BigQuery.
• Excellent problem‑solving and analytical skills

Nice-to-Have

• Familiarity with ETL tools and data pipeline concepts.
• Exposure to cloud platforms (GCP preferred).
