Senior SRE Engineer
Summary
Designs and builds automation and monitoring tools to improve system reliability and operational efficiency using Python, Unix/Linux, and observability platforms like ELK and OAPM.
We are seeking a highly motivated and technically skilled Automation & Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to design, develop, and support automation solutions that improve operational efficiency, system reliability, and service performance. The ideal candidate should possess strong software development skills in Unix/Linux and Python, experience with object-based automation (RPA), dashboarding and monitoring tools such as ELK and OAPM, and a passion for continuous improvement and automation.
Must-Have
- Hands-on professional experience with Selenium and/or Playwright
- Strong Python, Java, TypeScript, or relevant automation scripting experience
- Experience building or maintaining automation frameworks
- ELK dashboarding experience
- OPAM/OAPM or similar observability/monitoring tool exposure
- Unix/Linux working knowledge
- SRE or production support exposure
Good-to-Have
- Power Automate or RPA workflow experience
- Agile delivery experience using Jira / Confluence
- API testing experience using Postman, Karate, or similar tools
- Performance testing experience with JMeter or LoadRunner
- Banking, finance, public sector, or large enterprise project exposure
