Senior/Staff AI Engineer - Remote Care (x/f/m)

Doctolib is seeking a Senior or Staff AI Engineer to join the Remote Care stream. You will build AI-powered tools that transform how healthcare professionals deliver care, from intelligent patient messaging to telehealth experiences.

You will work on agentic systems, collaborating with ML engineers, and focus on safety, observability, and secure handling of medical data. Doctolib offers hybrid/work-from-office options.

Design, ship, and operate production-grade AI agentic systems for Remote Care products. Build and improve AI agents, orchestration systems, memory, reasoning, and multi-agent coordination. Collaborate with ML engineers to design evaluation pipelines, guardrails, and metrics. Own observability, security posture, and dashboards with patient data sensitivity in mind. Contribute to end-to-end features and mentor engineers in agentic AI development. 4+ years of software engineering experience with hands-on AI/ML systems. 2+ years Python experience with AI/ML engineering practices (CI/CD, testing, DevOps). Comfort with full-stack development including React/TypeScript or Kotlin. Product-minded with ability to balance business needs and technical constraints. Fluent English in day-to-day work.
