Senior Staff – Cost Accounting

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Senior Cost Accountant to join our Finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing and controlling production costs, including materials, labor, and manufacturing overhead, while ensuring accurate financial reporting, budget compliance, and the identification of cost-saving opportunities to improve business profitability.

Required Knowledge and Experience

• Strong knowledge and experience in cost accounting.
• Standard cost calculations and analysis.
• Analysis of actual material, labor, and overhead costs.
• Budget and CAPEX control.
• Fixed asset control.
• Sales and margin analysis.
• Monthly financial closing activities.
• Knowledge of accounting standards and internal controls; SOX knowledge is a plus.
• Participation in external financial audits.
• General knowledge of financial statements, including the Profit and Loss Statement and Balance Sheet.
• Experience in the automotive industry or manufacturing.

Requirements

Education: Bachelor's degree in Public Accounting or Accounting.

Experience: 3–5 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
