Senior Staff Engineer, Chip Design & Device Development

What we look for

Degree/Masters/PhD in physics, optics, electrical engineering, material science or a related field
Professional experience in semiconductor industry > 5 years
Physical understanding of wafer fabrication processing techniques and tools
Profound knowledge in the field of Nitride LEDs and device physics
Broad experience in semiconductor frontend processes
High level of problem-solving competence, analytical thinking and creativity
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Full professional English proficiency; intermediate German language skills preferred
