Senior Staff Engineer Operations Automation and Cloud Management Platform
You will own the build-out of an Operations Automation and Cloud Management Platform. You will design multi-cloud resource management capabilities, integrate cloud provider APIs and Terraform, develop CMDB and orchestration systems, apply AI and LLMs to cloud operations, build ChatOps capabilities, and maintain secure RESTful and gRPC interfaces and SDKs.
Responsibilities
- Design and develop the Operations Automation and Cloud Management Platform
- Build full-lifecycle management capabilities for multi-cloud resources
- Integrate Aliyun, AWS, Azure, and Terraform
- Enable automated provisioning, configuration changes, and cloud cost optimization
- Develop CMDB, Event Center, and orchestration engines
- Build workflow engines, task schedulers, and approval mechanisms
- Apply AI and LLMs to intelligent orchestration, risk assessment, and capacity and cost prediction
- Build an intelligent operations assistant for cloud resource operations and ticket handling
- Design and maintain RESTful and gRPC interfaces and SDKs
- Participate in platform security and operations
