Senior/ Staff Engineer - Quality Assurance

To facilitate internal/external Audit on ESD activities and follow up on CAPA response and closure with effective verification

• To work with X-Site on QMS/ESD/Automotive activities and deployment.

• To maintain and Support STATS ChipPAC Quality Management System and Quality Planning for operation effectiveness.

• To liaise with Customer and external auditor on audit activities.

• To ensure successful recertification of ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 27001 & ESD S20:20

• To support Customer audit and facilitate ESD audit activities.

• Conduct Training on ESD related activities

• Ensure departmental KPI was achieve.

• Drive adequacy and timely response/closure on audit findings.

• To support Automotive program and activities from GHQ.and Automotive BU

• Involved in or initiate process improvements, projects, task forces, CIP meetings etc.

• To develop and maintain operational specifications.

• To host periodic ESD review meeting with CFT

• Develop and maintain QA databases, workflow and controls

• To perform internal Audits and ensure compliance with ESD standard and regulations (e.g ANSI/ESD S20:20, IEC 61340)
