Senior Staff Engineer Software
Your Role
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Design and develop Bluetooth host software features.
- Contribute to advanced automotive Bluetooth solutions, including new feature development and optimization.
- Diagnose and resolve complex issues across multiple software layers.
- Collaborate with cross-functional and geographically distributed teams.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development and validation engineers.
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
Skills required
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering.
- Strong proficiency in C/C++; working knowledge of Python is required.
- Solid understanding of Bluetooth and BLE protocols, with strong expertise in Classic Bluetooth and LE Audio profiles.
- Demonstrated experience in debugging embedded and Linux-based systems.
- Excellent analytical, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working within distributed teams.
- Experience with Android AOSP, particularly in the Bluetooth HAL and/or Audio subsystem.
