Senior Staff Engineer / Staff Engineer Equipment
Key responsibilities in your new role
- Lead the maintenance, troubleshooting, and reliability improvement of Final Test equipment to maximize uptime and production efficiency
- Monitor and drive equipment performance KPIs and preventive maintenance effectiveness
- Execute root cause analysis and continuous improvement projects to enhance yield, quality, productivity, and cost performance
- Support qualification, implementation, and optimization of semiconductor Final Test equipment, hardware, and test solutions for manufacturing
- Collaborate with production, test engineering, quality, and global teams to resolve technical issues and ensure stable, high-volume manufacturing operations
- Enablement for equipment team to support transfer activities, NPI androadmap qualification.
- Lead technically a team of equipment engineers
- Support the MSA and qualification activities for Bangkok Test team
Your Profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed
- Bachelor degree holder in related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Semiconductor industry preferred.
- Proficient in English communication and able to articulate well indiscussion
- Experience in leading a team of engineers or technicians
- Proven record of equipment team setup and sustaining team
