Job Description: Senior Frontend Engineer
Responsibilities
- Design and implement user interfaces with a focus on user experience and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and other engineers to create high-quality software.
- Optimize web applications for maximum speed and scalability.
- Participate in code reviews, providing and receiving constructive feedback to improve code quality.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the best practices are applied.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field.
- Minimum of 6-7 years of experience in frontend engineering with at least 5 years at a FAANG company or equivalent.
- Strong experience with frontend frameworks such as React, Angular, or similar.
- Proven ability to design and implement complex user interfaces.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be located within one hour of San Francisco, with the ability to visit the office twice a month.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in a startup environment.
- Experience with complex frontend architectures.
- Familiarity with backend technologies and ability to work across the stack.
- Experience leading projects or teams.
- Knowledge of healthcare technology or a related field.
