Senior Staff Nurse [WCAN]

Provide and supervise daily nursing care for residents.

Ensure nursing care meets the required clinical standards and quality.

Guide and supervise Enrolled Nurses and care staff when assigned.

Work closely with other departments to ensure residents receive proper and coordinated care.

Communicate with residents, family members, visitors and volunteers.

Participate in nursing training and clinical practice improvement programmes.

Review and update Nursing Care Plans (NCPs) regularly.

Ensure residents receive care according to their individual care plans.
