Senior Staff Software Engineer Forward Deployed

You will own enterprise deployments and help customers integrate models through APIs, scaling, observability, and deployment workflows. You will debug issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers, translate feedback into product specifications and engineering priorities, and build proofs of concept to unblock adoption. You will improve reusable product features, onboarding flows, internal tooling, and documentation based on customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Own enterprise onboarding calls and technical deployments
• Help customers integrate models through APIs, scaling, observability, and deployment workflows
• Debug customer issues across frontend, backend, and infrastructure layers
• Translate customer feedback into product specifications and engineering priorities
• Build proofs of concept and lightweight integrations
• Turn repeatable customer patterns into reusable product features
• Improve internal tooling, onboarding flows, and documentation

Requirements

• 5+ years of engineering experience
• TypeScript proficiency
• Python proficiency
• Postgres proficiency
• Next.js proficiency
• Technical customer-facing experience
• API, infrastructure, and cloud environment experience
• Technical and non-technical stakeholder communication ability
• Written specification and task-writing ability
