Senior Staff Software Engineer Liquidity Platform
Summary
Build low-latency trading infrastructure and market-data pipelines for crypto liquidity across exchanges and DeFi venues, including risk controls and reconciliation in a 24/7 environment.
You will design, build, and operate low-latency systems for crypto liquidity provision across trading venues. You will develop connectivity, execution and pricing services, market-data pipelines, risk controls, monitoring, reconciliation workflows, and data platforms while improving performance and reliability in a 24/7 environment.
Responsibilities
- Design, build, and operate scalable low-latency trading infrastructure and microservices
- Maintain connectivity to centralized exchanges, DeFi venues, and counterparties
- Develop strategy, execution, pricing, trading bot, position, risk, and analytics services
- Optimize high-throughput order execution
- Build real-time market-data pipelines
- Implement pre-trade risk controls, circuit breakers, rate limiters, and risk calculations
- Implement monitoring, alerting, and auto-recovery
- Build data models, reconciliation workflows, and data-quality controls
- Profile and eliminate latency hotspots
- Collaborate with trading, product, risk, finance, and operations stakeholders
- Conduct code reviews and mentor junior engineers
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Physics, or a related discipline
- 3–8 years of software or data engineering experience
