Senior Staff Software Engineer Mobile Growth
Summary
Owns mobile growth architecture for acquisition, referral, and conversion flows, designs attribution systems, and applies AI-assisted development workflows.
You will own the client-side architecture for acquisition, referral, virality, reward, and conversion flows. You will design and evolve mobile attribution systems, apply attribution data to anti-fraud and revenue-sharing decisions, build funnel and experimentation infrastructure, collaborate with product and market teams, use AI-assisted development workflows, and mentor engineers.
Responsibilities
- Own client-side architecture for acquisition, referral, virality, reward, and conversion flows
- Design and evolve mobile attribution systems
- Apply attribution data to anti-fraud, channel revenue sharing, and ROI evaluation
- Build funnel instrumentation, experiment frameworks, and acquisition loops
- Translate commercial goals into data-backed engineering proposals
- Drive technical decisions for growth infrastructure
- Apply AI coding tools and maintain repeatable AI development workflows
- Mentor engineers
Requirements
- 8+ years of software engineering experience
- Deep familiarity with user growth, referral, virality, activity, reward, and conversion systems
- Strong expertise in mobile attribution design and evolution
- Experience with attribution platforms and anti-fraud, revenue-sharing, and ROI applications
- Proficiency in building and maintaining AI engineering workflows
- Ability to use funnels and metrics to drive decisions
- Strong cross-functional communication skills
- Mobile development or backend growth systems experience is advantageous
- Experience with MMPs, referral systems, anti-fraud, A/B experimentation, or ASO is advantageous
